SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra time in transit. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING:
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours.

DAMAGES:
Second Life Vintage is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved.

SHIPMENTS TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES:
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:
Second Life Vintage is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All such charges are the buyer’s responsibility.



RETURN POLICY

RETURNS:

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your shipment.

We encourage customers to carefully review item photos, descriptions, and measurements before purchasing to ensure the best fit. However, you can rest assured that if your purchase doesn’t work out, we do accept returns (subject to the conditions below).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags still attached (if applicable).

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns are available for customers in USA, Canada, and the UK.

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Duties & Returns

  • If duties were paid by either the buyer or by Second Life Vintage for the order, that item is not eligible for return.

  • Customers who refuse to pay duties and reject their order upon delivery will not receive a refund. These items are considered final sale.

  • If your order ships with no duties charged to either party, it remains eligible for return under our standard 14-day policy.
